Transition

Our school offers an extensive kindergarten readiness transition program designed to support future students as they prepare for their educational journey. We partner with South Grafton High School to incorporate transition activities starting in Year 5, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to high school. Additionally, our student leaders actively participate in preschool visits, where they assist in teaching and supporting early literacy skills, fostering a love for reading among younger children.
